M/N 'S. Lo Bianco' : off shore research activity (Mediterranean Sea) ; it is equiped with the most modern navigation, fishing and research devices ; it has a wet and dry lab and a refrigerator at -20 °C and one at +4 °C ; gross tonnage : 130.00 GRT ; length : 30 m ; width : 6.90 m ; speed : 10.5 knots ; crew : 7 and 8 scientists ;
Pilotina 'Tecnopesca II' : coastal research activity ; built in 1989 in fiberglass ; it is used for coastal sampling activity with fixed gears (trammel nets, pots, long lines) and for oceanographic sampling inshore ; gross tonnage : 24.5 GRT ; length : 16.25 m ; width : 4.33 m ; speed : 13 knots ; crew : 2 and scientists up to 8 (5 beds)
